John Stewart established our firm in 1971. We have participated in literally 100's of projects; representing all types of food service operations, including restaurants, catering kitchens, fast food operations and institutional dining facilities. We offer a complete interior and kitchen design service, including all furnishings, fixtures and equipment, including all engineering and equipment specifications. We will gladly work with the client's existing equipment or equipment supplied by a dealer to the client. Our expertise is bringing the elements together whatever the situation requires.
Our goal is to generate facilities which are appropriate to their setting and are functional. Our consulting services include site location, design, planning & development, engineering through design & construction documents; on-site construction supervision; expediting of zoning matters, conditional use permits, and liquor license application packages, including map preparation.

A successful retail food facility is a combination of good food, good service and successful ambiance: ambiance is a design feature that must be designed .into the interior segment and function must be designed into the kitchen.
Our view about style, design and budget:
We believe that style is a function of good design. Our kitchens and interiors are a reflection of that. We believe the mood and feeling of a dining facility is as important as the physical plant. A customer needs to feel at home in the space. The client needs to feel comfortable with the entire facility. Everybody wants to save money in the process and we know that.
